How do I cancel my subscription?
If you have an unlimited plan, the user who owns the property (or admin user) can cancel the subscription from their app market (Play Store for Android or App Store for Apple).
From Android
• Open the Google Play Store app and check that you are logged in with the Google account you used to download the DuoxMe app.
• Tap your profile to open the options menu and tap Subscriptions. A list of all the applications you are subscribed to will appear.
• Select DuoxMe and a screen with your subscription details will open, where you can perform various actions.
• Press Cancel subscription.
From iOS
• Open your device settings and select your Apple account or ID.
• Tap on Subscriptions, and a list of all the apps you are subscribed to will appear.
• Select DuoxMe, and a screen with your subscription details will open, where you can perform various actions.
• Press Cancel Subscription.
