How can I obtain an invoice for payment of the service?
If you are subscribed to the Unlimited Plan, you can obtain your invoice as follows:
• If you are an Android user, Google will send the payment receipt to your Google account email address. You can also download the invoice directly from https://payments.google.com/ by logging in with your Google account. From there, you can view your current subscriptions and download their invoices, including the one for DuoxMe.
• If you are an iOS user, Apple will send the payment receipt to the email address associated with your Apple account. You can also download the invoice directly from https://reportaproblem.apple.com by logging in with your Apple account. From there, you can view your current subscriptions and download their invoices, including the one for DuoxMe.
• If you are an Android user, Google will send the payment receipt to your Google account email address. You can also download the invoice directly from https://payments.google.com/ by logging in with your Google account. From there, you can view your current subscriptions and download their invoices, including the one for DuoxMe.
• If you are an iOS user, Apple will send the payment receipt to the email address associated with your Apple account. You can also download the invoice directly from https://reportaproblem.apple.com by logging in with your Apple account. From there, you can view your current subscriptions and download their invoices, including the one for DuoxMe.
