How can I migrate from Blue to the new DuoxMe app?

We have launched a major update to our application in which we have not only improved the interface and user experience, but also given it a new name: DuoxMe.



DuoxMe offers and improved interface: we have redesigned the interface to make it easier to use and more pleasing to the eye.

Below are some frequently asked questions you may have when upgrading to the new app:

Will I lose the pairing to my home when I update the app? Do I have to pair again?

No, you will still be paired to your Fermax terminal. You do not need to pair again.

Do I need to create a new account to use DuoxMe?

No, you can log in with the same credentials you used for Blue.

Will there be any additional costs for using DuoxMe?

No, the upgrade to DuoxMe is free for all existing users. You will still be able to enjoy all the functionalities you already had in the app Blue.
