How can I contact the Fermax MeetMe support team?
You can contact Support directly via the MeetMe app > My profile > Help > Contact.
This will allow you to select your preferred email app.
In the email, a text file (log.txt) with useful information about your case will be automatically attached and our support address support@meet.fermax.com will appear in the recipient's email.
