Guide to app functions: what are the house's settings?

From the home settings you will find the following functions:

Personalise: allows you to change the name of your home, which will appear when you receive a call on your mobile phone.

• Reception of calls: you can activate or deactivate the reception of calls in the app (Do Not Disturb function).
• Door opening: allows you to add a secondary door, in case it is present in your installation. You will need to see the video of the video door phone to be able to operate the second door, the opening without previous video is only available for the main door.
Additional functions: A, B, C and D which refer to the 4 additional functions allowed by the additional device in the installation, if present (such as a relay).
• External cameras: if you have external cameras that can be viewed during the call from the MEET monitor, you can also activate them from the app to be able to connect to them when you receive a call on your mobile phone.

• *Additional SIP extension: You can register up to 1 additional SIP extension for your home in case you are using call forwarding in a SIP PBX environment.

• Contacts: Displays the panels or guard units added as a contact. Their name will appear in the call history. You can modify their name or delete them (by swiping to the left). It is necessary to add the panel as a contact in order to be able to open it directly without prior video.
Guest users: if several people want to have access to the same property, the owner must invite them by entering the email address of each guest, with which they must have previously registered in the MeetMe app. You can invite a maximum of 5 users.

• Delete home: this will remove the link between the monitor's licence and your MeetMe account. You can pair it again with the monitor's licence credentials.

The settings available will depend on whether you are an owner or guest user.

Info
*The operation of these will depend on the installation and configuration of your video door entry system, as well as requiring additional devices. If in doubt, consult your installer.
