To enter the webserver of the TBK or HIK IP cameras it is recommended to use the Chrome browser. If it still does not display, you may need to install the following extension.
Entering Chrome go to the Extensions icon (puzzle icon) and click on IE Tab to install it and let you enter as if it were the old explorer.
