[DUOX PLUS] 9985 - 9454 IP Camera Interface Why do I see a black screen on the monitor when everything is configured correctly?

This may occur if the following parameters are not checked:


  1. Verify that the resolution is 720p to be supported by the interface.
  2. Verify that Video Quality is set to Highest.
  3. Verify that the camera Profile is set to High Profile.     
  4. Verify that the url profile may need to be set to profile 2 depending on the camera.
  5. Verify that the maximum distance of the ethernet cable between the camera and the interface or camera switch does not exceed 20meters.
