[DUOX PLUS] 9985 - 9454 IP Camera Interface Why do I see a black screen on the monitor when everything is configured correctly?
This may occur if the following parameters are not checked:
- Verify that the resolution is 720p to be supported by the interface.
- Verify that Video Quality is set to Highest.
- Verify that the camera Profile is set to High Profile.
- Verify that the url profile may need to be set to profile 2 depending on the camera.
- Verify that the maximum distance of the ethernet cable between the camera and the interface or camera switch does not exceed 20meters.
