The mortise lock shown in the drawing has a key entry, so the lock release must have a long armature as shown in the drawing.

For this purpose, as our lock release has a short armature

Replace the short armour with  the long armour.

Order the long armour (with bolt entry) type G loose. Ref. 2975 LONG ARMOUR G.
