No, one of the main advantages of the DuoxMe app is that it allows you to answer the video door phone calls even when you are not at home, wherever you are.
For example, you can see who is calling, talk to the person and open the door even if you are in the office, travelling or away from home, whether it is to attend to a family member or receive a package.
Is call forwarding always working?
Yes, as long as your monitor is connected to the Internet and you are logged in to the DuoxMe app on your smartphone/tablet, calls from your video door phone will be forwarded to your devices.
