People who use hearing aids can converse using the video door monitor without any problems because at FERMAX we have created a special telephone/monitor. It has a device that induces the sound directly into the hearing aid and allows the person with the impairment to listen to the conversation clearly.

This functionality does not affect the user who does not have an impairment, who will continue to listen to the conversation using the traditional speaker.

The device, called an induction loop, is available for both the video door monitor as well as for the door entry system telephone.
