How to consult or modify your data in DuoxMe

Can I check, modify or cancel my data?

Fermax, as Data Controller, wishes to inform you that users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation of data processing and data portability by any of the following means:

  1. Sending of a written communication, together with a photocopy of the user’s National Identity Document or other legally valid means of proving the user's identity, to the following address: Fermax, Valencia - Spain, Avenida Tres Cruces, 133. This communication should include the following information:
  1. Names and surnames of the user.
  1. Detailed description of the request.
  1. Address for notification purposes, date and user signature.
  1. Documents supporting the request made, if applicable.
  1. Users may also contact the following address privacidad@fermax.com. Communication to this address must be sent from the account registered in our files. Such communication should contain the same information as that indicated in the preceding paragraph.

In addition, FERMAX may ask you to prove your identity or require more identification information to process your request.

Furthermore, to resolve any queries related to the processing of data from FERMAX products and services, or with regard to our privacy policy, you can also do so by contacting the Data Controller or the Data Protection Delegate by e-mail at privacidad@fermax.com or by sending a written communication to the address Avenida Tres Cruces 133, Valencia, Spain.
