Incoming call notification is icon-only on lock screen
Some Android customisation layers (such as Samsung's ONE UI) allow you to configure the display of notifications to icons only or more detailed notifications on the lock screen.
We need to change settings to display Blue's incoming call notifications in full on the lock screen.
Go to Settings > Lock screen > Notifications > View style (may change depending on phone model). This option will change the look of notifications and you can choose to show only icons or show a classic detailed notification.
Choose classic view to be able to see the full incoming call notification and tap on it.
