The monitor is not responding and the LEDs are flashing, what does this mean?

When you connect the monitor to the WIFI, the monitor will automatically check if there is a new firmware version available for upgrade. This action is automatic and does not require any action.

During the upgrade process, a blue LED will light up and after this, the red power LED will flash, during the final reboot. After powering back on, it will reconnect to the WIFI network it was paired with.

A push notification will appear on your smartphone informing you about the update. The update may take up to 15 minutes, depending on the speed of the WIFI network.
