At MeetMe, can I see or open the door even if I am not called?
Yes, you can open the door directly from the main view without activating the outdoor panel's camera first. To do this, you first need to add the outdoor's panel as a contact in the app.
To be able to do so, follow the steps below:
1. Wait for a call from a visitor or make the call yourself. Then, in the MeetMe app, go to Call log.
2. In the Call Log, tap the icon to add contact.
3. Add the name of the access to be displayed on the main screen.
From the main screen, the access is now displayed and you can swipe towards the key icon to open the door without video.
