After opening the door, the connection is cut off
When you receive an incomingcall on your smartphone and do not press the green button to pick up, the preview video of your visit will open. After opening the door in this preview, the communication will be closed.
To be able to open the door and continue with the communication, you need to accept the call and you will have 90 seconds of communication, being able to open the door as many times as you want, without cuts, unless your panel is configured with automatic hang up after opening*.
* To modify this configuration, you need to contact your installer. You can check if it is configured with automatic hanging up if you notice that after picking up the call and opening the door from the monitor, the conversation ends.
If you want to open the door several times or continue to see your visitor after opening the door without being heard, you can simply deactivate the microphone via the corresponding icon:
