[AC-MAX] How to send email notice in AC-MAX ST when the door is open more than 10s.
1. Set the parameter in Access Door to ‘Door open too long [s]’.
2. First, you need to configure the SMTP settings.
Go to the Tools tab at the top of the AC-MAX program -> SMTP Accounts -> Add and configure an account.
3. Next, go to -> Event Log tab -> Event Types -> search for event [322]: ‘Door open too long alarm’ -> select this event and choose a tab under ‘Actions’ -> Add a new one, choose type ‘send email’ -> customise your options and choose SMTP server, recipient (must be present in the database as User and you must have entered the email address).
